I believe Jake intends on allowing resources to be uploaded to the new website alongside full on mods. For now though there is a dedicated board for any raw resources and assets you might want to share with the community.

To clarify you are modding music correct? If so, is your music a different length than the original track?

Do you know how to Hex Edit RMS files Butter Donut? Because you will unavoidably break the game otherwise when editing music. Unless of course your music is exactly the same length as the originals, and I mean down to the millisecond. I can link you to a post where I explain it if you don't know how...

Bear in mind that you have to Hex Edit one or more RMS files to edit music or use music that is the exact same length or you will corrupt the game and it will crash randomly.

Actually you can just save an image of it with transparency in Pure3D Editor 4. You can also tick Damage Textures in the same menu then capture it again to have it with damaged textures for the D icon.
