.lmlm files are Lucas Mod Launcher mods, these are created when you compile your modification. These having nothing to do with how you make a mod, they're just used so you can distribute your mod without revealing any source code or anything like that. It's inside the L1R3.p3d this is a regional p3d. the locator is named rocke. You can change what car is spawned in the Bonus Vehicle box. Secret Car's are always inside a regional p3d. So you will have to find what region it is in first when replacing it in other levels. You can move the secret car'...

Just buy the damn game. I got it off ebay for £5.20 when my ps2 copy slewed itself, not too expensive. Works like a charm.
