Introduction
Hey everyone, this is Loren from Donut Team and welcome to another Tuesday Topics.
This week, our original topic of discussion had to be postponed for technical reasons and I've also been busy moving house so, unfortunately, there's not too much to talk about.
That said, I would at least go over the few website updates I did manage to get out during my busy couple of weeks.
Website Updates
There has not been much in the way of features but I have fixed a whole bunch of bugs and oversights:
- Improved validation of usernames, passwords and emails when creating new accounts and updating these fields on existing accounts.
- Fixed an issue where the Safety Tunnel had a placeholder image in embeds on Discord and other social platforms.
- Added a new UserGrid component that is used in various places, such as when searching for users.
- Made it so banned users are omitted from search results.
- A bunch of internal changes related to badges to prep for a new badges page that will be added soon!
- Badges now also track how many users have obtained them though this information is not currently displayed anywhere.
- Fixed an issue where play history events were broken for every user, woops.
All in all, a fairly productive couple of weeks given the circumstances.
