How do i change difficulty in a mod?

So I'm wondering how do I increase the difficulty. (Like hellfish mode in donut mod)
And I also have it on tickbox (not that it's really important)
Here is a sneak peak for my mod. (Each difficulty has it's own ending)

(And also I need help with the radar, the problem with the radar is that I need it to not track where you need to go, but I don't know how to do that)
