I don't know why, but both the blow-up doll and the moleman gags are invisible. The moleman also seems not to load at all.

Looks like you didn't use the doll model from Models Resource. The Moleman in Cadillac Is a Level 6 only gag, there's no Cadillac in Level 3!

There are two more Gags with scripts but no models: the l3 blow-up doll at the Android's Dungeon and the l6 Moleman in Cadillac Gag. Regarding the first, apparently the model Is in the files, or it Is available on the Models Resource Page of the game.
