Sorry for being vague, by corrupted i mean , like DeepFriedBurger said, a possibly broken pirate version. These versions may cause issues with the launcher due to missing files (compressed 140mb versions without music and cutscenes are very common on the net). Try reinstalling the game, possibly get...

"could not load the mod RRR. Could not find Meta.ini." -I think a 1.2.2 version should be released to fix this issue- at least if the trouble isn't depending from my launcher.

@Michael76 I don't think they will choose their beta tester on this thread. They probably have already sent a private message to who they want to beta test their mod. Anyway, it would be a way to involve the community in the mod' s developement. A massive beta-testing group with a large number of me...

Also , game crashed whileinitializing l2m5 and l2m4 is kinda badly done and lazy. Use the dialogs from bonus mission instead of creating no-talk stages. Another restoration could be done by giving the ambulance its unused siren (in carsound.rcf) and the police car its unused siren (heard in E3 trailer). Also, theres an unused variant io f the clown nose horn that is meant to play when either Clown Car or Krusty 's Limo is damaged.
