Im going to assume you are trying to do what we call running a rar mod The mod is compressed in a rar file so you will need a program like 7Zip to extract the lmlm file out of it. How to extract.decompress files using 7Zip

It works for me... Make sure your installing it right since at no point do you need to install 3 PY files?
