powerful. i like how homer still blinks. cool. i would like to figure that effect out in the future for sure. i am not sure if its the same thing, but off the top of my head i remember the harry potter and the goblet of fire games on console had these collector cards and some of them had a 3d scene...

Thank you Kenny appreciate the interest. I always liked the cell shading look the moment i saw it, I think it was the Sly games for me too. Games with cell shading seem to age a lot better imo (more style than realism). i didn't know about the early road rage footage! wow!. imagine having that conve...

Thanks Maz! Making progress. Funny thing i didn't know about the pedestrians was the game changes their colour pallet sometimes, i thought i broke something when testing them out in game haha.

Heya. i only found out recently that SHAR was even on PC! I saw Colou's Fully Connected Map and thought wow, i gotta check this out! then i found out there is a whole modding thing going on over here, with tools to make it happen?! Amazing. Anyways, i am looking forward to getting into modding this...
