Assuming you mean the siren on the roof of the car, you'll want to delete several files that reference its animation including animations (of course), animation groups, old frame controllers, old billboard quad groups, and the texture/shader if you want. It means that the tool they use to port maps into the game is not ready yet, hence why it is not released.

There already is a multiplayer hack, but it has only been played in a closed beta group. There's no release date though, and it's not being worked on right now so it won't be very soon.

I like the cartoony art style. The grass looks a bit out of place because its detail kind of sticks out among the simpler textures, but I like that the style is unique from the original game. dl is the driver location, and pl is the passenger location. If you're wondering what sl is, it's the damage smoke.

That's a cool bus, but you should create a folder with the necessary files and compile it in the mod launcher. Whatever you do, don't edit your game's original files. The mod launcher offers an easier way to play with mods.

Yeah, this mod isn't cancelled. After a bit of talking, we currently plan to continue development at some point.
