No reason, just think it would be fun to be able to continuously destroy the vending machines. I'm taking it devs means developers. How did they create the characters from scratch and then add them to the game? If they did that back in 2003 then I don't see why we can't do it now with the countless new softwares or whatever that we didn't have back then.

Numanoid79, how I did it was after placing the .lmlm file in the Mods Folder, open up "Lucas Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher", click the "Road Rage Characters" then click "Mod Settings..." and you have an option to select 1 of 11 characters Reverend Lovejoy is the default character of the 11 Yes it'...
