PROBLEM SOLVED Windows 10 "Factory reset" and Installing .Net framework 3.5 helped me Apparently the problem was due to a framework conflict.

Извиняюсь, что так долго. Не припомню чтобы устанавливал что-то необычное, плюс я не проверял работоспособность программ сразу после установки системы.) Точка отката, возможно, есть но откат может повредить моей основной деятельности... Другой комп с Win10 имеется, однако он выдает пируэты похлеще (...

Lucas tools worked well on previous installed Win10 and Win7 I have no any Antivirus software P/S Surprised to see Russian here... Однако чтобы не конфузить местных предлагаю использовать EN
