You can also take screenshots with the Screenshot Hack in the mod launcher. With it, you can take screenshots with F12 and take screenshots that exclude the HUD with Alt+F12 or Control+F12. As stupid as this might sound, have you tried rebooting? Windows 10 is known for having some wonky audio issues.

This thread really serves no purpose. Ask the mod creator if they'd be willing to translate the mod to Spanish or offer your services to translate it.

The best advice I have for you is a reinstall. Do not modify game files in the future. Make a copy of them and put them in a mod to make changes.
