If you're referring to getting a traffic car and driving it around, you can go to a phonebooth and press F2 and scroll through all the vehicles in the game. If you're asking for traffic to spawn, this is not supported.

You can create your own using the Pure3D Editor and image software. That's your decision of how you want to do it. However, I'm just saying resolve the file issues because there is no reason to have duplicates of every file used in the game in that folder.

You're either missing files that are necessary to run (also known as the full install) or your crack is not working as intended. Do you have any additional information and can you verify your game's installation
