This is hardcoded to the game's executable. We'd have to make a hack to allow users to edit these values. I'll talk with the team and see if its something we can work on when we get free time.

You pirated a version of the game that is broken. You can buy the game on Amazon or Ebay. The full install is over 1gb, not 133mb or whatever that version is.

I'll unlock the topic, but like you pointed out I'm not sure it'll do much. If there's technically no problems with the thread besides the author just not wanting to deal with it, I don't see a reason to lock it.
