I see that you tried to put an image there, but that service doesn't seem to allow direct links: You need to have an audio device (headphones, speakers) on your computer to run The Simpsons: Hit & Run. You could try installing VB-Audio cable: https://www.vb-audio.com/Cable/ and seeing if this fixes...

You can click on the dropdown list that says "All General Mods" by default and select "Author" then using the second dropdown list, you can find an author you want.
