As Proddy mentioned, you can use the Pure3D Editor and some chunk types will be the same, albeit very limited. We may add additional support in the future, so watch this space.

Are you using Increased Reward Limits? The base game's car stats are limited to 50, this hack makes it infinite, as well as a few other details available on the linked page.
