The game did not fit on one disc in 2003, so 3 are needed.

You need to make a shortcut to your launcher and then right-click it and go "Properties" Under "Shortcut" in the "Target field" you can add the commandline argument.

You must have downloaded the version we pushed by accident. I believe we re-uploaded 2.0.4 with this fixed, however if it is still like that, i'll take another look.

Objects are in the world, saved by name in the save file. You'd have to find where they are in a P3D file and rename them to something else.
