Is it possible? Sure. Can it happen right now? No. To pull off VR we'd first need a first person mod. That's not a file in the base game, so you either have a mod enabled that isn't supplying the file or your rewards file in your game is corrupted/wrong.

You can safely ignore it. Its a false positive because of how modding games works. It has to inject code into the game for mods to be possible.
