I forget how this all works, but I know custom car support should be utilized if it isn't already. Then there are camera chunks in the P3D. Someone might be able to assist further, but I hope this helps a little bit at the very least.

You shouldn't need to disable .NET 4.8 to install .NET 3.5. The versioning of .NET is a little confusing, but .NET 3.5 and .NET 4 and onwards are very different and can be installed in conjunction with each other.
