Actually I get what TechWizard is saying, I come on the website and see the nuclear winter event being promoted and get a Road Rage update. Once again, I really don't know what to tell you. This event clearly didn't work out as planned. It doesn't even have an event page and was a single day instead...

What happens if you look in the "Hidden" mods section? There's no reason why anything would be in there, but this is a very bizarre issue and I'm trying to understand what's going on.

Try this: In the mod launcher: Set the resolution you want to play the game in. For example, if you run a 1920x1080 monitor, use 1920x1080 Set the game to run in "windowed mode" Enable the borderless hack

We're looking into this, but here's somethings to try: Make sure you're not running the mod launcher out of a zip file, extract all the files to a specific location. You could try using the boredeless hack. Never seen this issue before.
