There's nothing I can personally do. It's the mod creator's issues that they don't support the language properly.

Product: Road Rage Returns Issue: When you launch the mod with certain versions of the game, it will immediately crash to desktop. Type: Crash Status: Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher 1.15.1 should fix the issue. Reported by: Victorio and Felixus

jrburger95, it works with the mod launcher, yes. It was the first version we added support for.
