Every time I try to play a mission on "Steamed Hams" mod or "Storm Over Springfield" mod it freezes

Do you mean it just hangs indefinitely when talking to an NPC? If so, do you have a non-English version of the game? If you do, then it's because these mods don't support those versions of the game while Donut Mod does.

It doesn't currently do that though the pause button is standardized on XInput controllers so it might in a future version.

As of version 1.22.4, the "-language" command line argument for the Mod Launcher would allow you to force override the language. Debug Test problem

Moved this to the correct board. This will be fixed in the next version of the Mod Launcher. For now, you can work around this issue by disabling "Pause Always Allowed" on the "Menus" page of Debug Test.

You need all 3 to install it but only disc 1 to play it.

As Lucas explained, it's included in the main Mod Launcher as of 1.21 so it's now on the "Settings" page instead of "Unreleased".
