No, just paid vehicles and character skins that include various stat boosts. At least that's what I've heard. (please note that is obviously a joke) "I'm pretty sure paying for mods is illegal." Tell that to Bethesda and Steam.

Open > Launcher Settings > Advanced > Game EXE Path?
Why you should never set your mod launcher's compatibility mode to Windows XP SP3.

This prevents the Mod Launcher from doing it's workarounds in ModernComputerSupport due to it thinking you're on Windows XP. The game doesn't work as it should because of that.
