Just out of curiosity, what encoding are you saving the file in? I mean this, Notepad++ has a menu to select the encoding (no idea what you're using, but I suggest N++): I remember now having to save this file with UCS-2 Little Endian for it to actually work properly.

These actually work fine for me if I try putting them into a mod in the exact way you sent them to me. The name displays somewhat garbled in the launcher of Lithuanian but that's another separate issue.

Do you have a text string with an empty key? Like MISSION_OBJECTIVE_01= Having no text after the = would cause that error.

Oh right I forgot about that. That just specifies which of your languages is the default one. This is referring to the file name, so "English" makes it default to using "English.ini" in Donut Mod.
