As EnAppelsin pointed out in the Discord server, yes it is quite difficult. You must be very familiar with the P3D Editor and Blender.

Welcome! If by any chance you have enabled the Frame Limiter setting in your Mod Launcher, the best you can do to increase FPS is disable it. Otherwise, it isn't possible, since the game itself is made to run at the greatest number of frames your GPU and CPU can handle at best.
