You can get them to run together if you decompile both mods & combine them yourself.

The two errors are unrelated to each other. Your error suggests that the two mods you enabled can't run along each other. To fix it, disable one of the mods.

Can I ask which version of the game do you have? According to the error, either you don't have the game, or your copy of the game isn't recognized by the launcher. Just a reminder that the Mod Launcher does not come with the game itself.
