Hi there, I am the poster of that tutorial. Could you show me what your mod looks like in your folder? I specifically shown in the video how to create the mod folder & then create `meta.ini` inside of it (00:11-00:23)

You decompile it using Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher and then using Lucas' P3D Editor you look for the file containing your model & export it.

Hi there, welcome! I am not very sure how mods would work on that version, but I assume you can probably modify/replace files easily. As for hacks, I don't think they do.
