You can't add mods into that, you can only make your own by decompiling the mod and creating/editing mission files.

At the moment, there is no way to do that, however, if you'd like to export a car all at once, you could export the 'Composite Drawable' as an .xml model and import it to blender with the addon (download here). The doors/trunk/hood/wheels won't be positioned to 0,0,0 so be aware of that.
