Maybe when the model builder comes out (the tool to properly make maps) This was a pain in the neck to make, and those would probably be even harder.

The file you want is camset.p3d. You can find it here art\frontend\scrooby\resource\pure3d\camset.p3d There's also 3 other files, camset_C.p3d, camset_T.p3d and camset_H.p3d. These are used on special holidays and you don't need to worry about them.

Update 1.02 is out! Changelog: Added L3, a sunset level. Made 'Unlock All Missions' a required hack. Fixed newspapers for L2 and L3 Fixed music for L2 and L3 Graphical improvements Added an internal name (Because I'm dumb and never actually put one) Enjoy!

What exactly do you mean by 'doesn't load'? Does it not appear in the mod launcher? Does it crash when it starts up? Can you load other mods just fine?

It's very simple, just right click on the mod and press 'Decompile' Then choose a directory where you'd like the files to go.

It would still have to be in a SketchUp file because of the way the model builder works, but unlike what Gordon said you don't need to "forget about OBJs and XMLs" because models can be easily converted to .DAE and imported to SketchUp.
