The reason people are downvoting you is mainly because you posted on an unrelated forum post instead of making your own. Please don't do this, just make a separate post for your mod.

There is no multiplayer hack in the normal Mod Launcher. Multiplayer is a separate launcher, which Jake already linked. Looking at your play history you have already played Multiplayer, so I don't understand why you're asking?

There is no need to compile, the launcher can read folders perfectly fine.

It is because of issues regarding the use of some vehicles without permission. From what I can tell it will be back up soon.

Update 1.04 is out, and this one is pretty large. Changelog: Added mipmapping to all of the textures, so now they don't distort when you drive too far away. Fixed texture inaccuracies. Improved collision again. Other stuff too, probably.
