As far as I'm aware, the reverse speed of the car is directly tied to the SetTopSpeedKmh of the car you're currently editing. There's no easy way to recreate this behavior as far as I'm aware. Apologies!

Not at the moment. The character animations are still a little bit of a mystery to us, which is why we haven't been able to do any custom ones yet.
