Its not too hard adding more cars actually. By AI spectators, I mean AI (Like Patty and Selma for example) standing by the barriers "watching" the race

I was actually going to try to put it in the game, but it wasn't working out well I think it was originally going to be in the game but was taken out for some reason. My opinion though
