It extracts 157 files, and then closes by itself. I've run it as administrator and tried different locations to store the extracted files. Also tried different compatibility modes.

Its alright if nothing can be done really, I could just use 3.1.5

I run Win10 on a 1680x1050 monitor full screen at a silky smooth 60 FPS in compatibility for WinXP, just throwing it out there

Open Luca's mod launched, right click your mod, and click Compile. It'll be in the mod folder

I use JoyToKey to do this, and its free. I also have the cheat keys hack on, with left trigger being repair, right trigger because clear hit and run, and up on the D pad the double car speed
