I run Win10 on a 1680x1050 monitor full screen at a silky smooth 60 FPS in compatibility for WinXP, just throwing it out there

Open Luca's mod launched, right click your mod, and click Compile. It'll be in the mod folder

I use JoyToKey to do this, and its free. I also have the cheat keys hack on, with left trigger being repair, right trigger because clear hit and run, and up on the D pad the double car speed

Just got around to trying this, I muted the countdown RSD and told the game to use a different file because mod and it works. Thanks again Kenny
