No offense MGW, but those remixes are, well, terrible, they are just the original tracks sped up. @MACCA Nice remix, I like the vocals in the background, they go really well with the rest of the song.

How in the world do you get to card #5 of level 1? I've beaten all of the challenges, wasps, ect. but no vehicle seems to be high enough to grab the card.

Double click on it, and press buttons on your controller. On the new window, the on-screen buttons should change.

That was already asked, they are empty placeholders presumably left by the programmers. An 8th and 9th level weren't planned.
