Does your Meta.ini also have 'Main=1' under the section? This is what allows the window title to change.

Pretty easy! The mod's name that appears in the game's window is set by your mod's 'Title' string in Meta.ini under the section, and the icon is set by the .png at the root of the mod's directory.
