You'll find the scripts responsible for loading in traffic cars in level.mfk in the scripts\missions folder. If you'd like to add car models to traffic or remove them, you'll find it all in there.

It's a folder. It's not an ini file. I just told you, the rmv file of your cutscene with the same name as the cutscene you're replacing.

Like I said, the Custom Files can just be a folder. Inside that, make a new folder called "movies". Put your rmv file in and rename it to the name of the cutscene you're trying to replace and that should be fine.

I don't think you need an ini file. Just make a folder named "CustomFiles" and put everything in there.
