Hi TheFunHero, Sorry I didn't inform you, but I just found this out. In edit mode, with nothing selected, you can click "Select > Select All By Trait > Ungrouped Verts" to find any vertexes that don't have weights. My apologies.

Unfortunately, the "detail" is pretty vague. Pretty much just start moving vertices around until it looks like your character. If you're new to Blender, I recommend looking up some tutorials, because I can't really explain it all in one response.

The best method I've found is modifying a pre-existing character in Blender, that way the character is already rigged (just make sure it's imported and exported as an xml file).

Sample rate and channels are fine. It can only be the rms.

It needs a name found in the skeleton or you'll get an error. Something like "Extra_Attributes" will work.

It'll take a while but it'll take quicker than restarting it. Odds are you'll miss a vertice that time as well.

It means one of your vertices wasn't assigned to a Vertex group. Fixing this is pretty tedious. Create a new vertex group that you're not using and start assigning sections of Tommy to that Vertex group until that fixes the problem. Then you'll have some idea of where it is. I wouldn't recommend it. It won't do anything, but having the origin at their feet does make moving, rotating, and scaling easier.
