No worries, glad we've finally found the root cause. Please post an update when you have a solution that works. Whether it's the VoiceMeeter redirect, updating the firmware, updating the driver or something else. Thanks, Josh

I see from your audio devices you have VoiceMeeter installed. IIRC you can use that to route to a hardware audio device. They're not necessary, they were just to confirm your sound settings were changing. I would say to reinstall into a folder with write permission from the start if you're going to reinstall the game. Assuming your desktop has a front I/O headphone jack, do you have a pair of normal wired headphones (even something like earbuds) that you could plug in and swap to in order to test? Thanks, Josh

I think at this point we can rule out the game's audio settings then, as they're updating correctly. Next on the agenda then is assuming Windows has released an update that has once again broken SHAR. Could you run `winver` and upload a screenshot, and additionally search `View your Update History`...
