In theory, loading either the `simpsons.ini` and/or the `Save1` - both of which should happen on load - should've changed your sound levels. Could you check if these values have changed in the options menu please? Thanks, Josh

Could you try the following please: 1. Move your game install out of `Program Files (x86)` to a folder with write permissions. `Documents`, `Desktop`, another drive, wherever works really. 2. Thank you. As a shot in the dark can you disable `No Mute on Defocus`, and if that doesn't happen to fix it can you send me `C:\Program Files (x86)\SHAR\simpsons.ini` please? Thanks, Josh

Can you hear any sound in the game? You specified Marge in the OP, can you hear Homer's lines? Can you hear vehicle engines when driving? Thanks, Josh

Thanks for that - I have good news and bad news. The good news is that your install is perfectly fine (besides it missing the intro movies but they're not imperetive). The bad news is I still don't know what's wrong. Are you running with any mods enabled? Thanks, Josh
