Nice to see someone else of the opinion that the ATV and R/C Buggy are pretty bad statistically, never really liked the spin-outs from slight collisions. Sad that the tier list doesn't include traffic vehicles though.

Not currently. I remember hearing something about plans to somehow make one but that was a while ago.

Another update that's a bit late. This one adds Levels 4 and 5, as well as fixing an oversight in Level 2 Mission 3 ("Vox Nerduli") where the opponent race vehicle was damageable to the point of being destroyable. Download links on the main post (or here/here (zipped) for convenience).

Weasel on a stick is correct, it is currently impossible. The level08 and level09 folders are leftover from some initial setup during the game's development. That said, adding upwards of seven levels hardly seems like something that's really needed now anyway since most mods have 1-3 levels at most.
