Remember ExcludedFileName and ExcludedFolderName doesn't hide them from being decompiled though, it's not included in the LMLM file what-so-ever.

It's as simple as not including that content Max. Only include released content.

I know what wikia is and my point still stands. You can do whatever you want, but that's my opinion and my stance on it.

I don't understand the point of this? If anything, you'd document modding in general and link to this website. Having a separate website that does nothing for the mod maker and is open for anyone to edit and vandalise is stupid and redundant.

From testing, Version 1.1.1 fixed this issue. Are you using that version?
