I've found and resolved some mistakes in the Donut Team API that caused this not to work. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Hey y'all, we just released a new update for this resource pack: 2021.09.01 Update Added the Annie Dubinsky, Crazy Cat Lady and Jacqueline Bouvier models by MorganVain. Added the Kirk Van Houten model by Borb Now includes CustomText.ini files for every character.

Those are not within the scope of the Bug Fixes hack because they are not a technical mistake in the game's code, those are broken because of a mistake in the P3D files that can be (and have been, I believe) corrected by a mod.
