Unfortunately, that is out of my control as all this program does is modify static addresses in the game's memory & not implement any new code. Maybe in the future if I decide to refactor the entire code & make a better version.

For me, the best ways were always the crates/vending machines or level 7's wager race. If you complete the level 7 wager race with the book burning van, you get pretty good bonus
