There should be a file with a .config extension in your Mod Launcher folder. If you delete that, it should work.

I believe this was determined to be a scrapped feature. I don't think we know for sure why the alternate versions of the conversations leaving out the information about the required outfit or vehicle weren't used, but it's probably a safe assumption it was due to a lack of time.

Revisiting Road Rage Returns is definitely on our to-do list. We don't currently have a timeframe for continued work on the mod, but it's absolutely something we intend to do.

Probably not a good idea to share old mods without the permission of the mod creators. If you did in fact have permission then that seems important to specify.
