I can only recommend you check an online shopping site for the game. If there's a store near you that is likely to have it, you might check there as well.

You downloaded the correct version of the mod, it's your copy of the game that's causing the issue.

If it crashes when you enter the Electaurus, it would seem that you don't have a complete version of the game. I recommend searching for a copy of the game on Amazon or a similar online shopping site.

You should probably be using version 4.2.2 of the P3D Editor, there's an issue with pasting chunks in 4.2.1 that can slow down the application significantly. That may or may not be the issue you've encountered, but you're better off using 4.2.2 regardless.
