If the music is going 'too fast' then it means that either the sample rate is wrong, or the sound file in in mono. As for the RMSs, the main menu normally uses "l1_music.rms", but for whatever reason when you exit out to the title screen from in-game it starts using "l3_music.rms"

Both cars are based off of traffic cars, and traffic cars don't have moving doors or damage textures. Normally, when you play the credits through the title screen (Options - View Credits) there is no dialog from Kang or Kodos. Entering this code enables the dialog when playing the credits this way, and was likely a debug feature to test the dialog without the developers needing to beat the game over...
