I could see this being funny, but unfortunately the only way to make this work would be to use ASF's AddDriver command...which doesn't include dialog. The only workaround would be to make Homer or someone have dialog for everyone, but then it wouldn't play as frequently because it would just play wh...

I'm going to assume you mean this image? It's one of the first results when you do a Google Images search for 'The Simpsons Hit and Run' and as a result many people who were probably looking for a logo or game art or something just end up using it.

Both cars are based off of traffic cars, and traffic cars don't have moving doors or damage textures. Normally, when you play the credits through the title screen (Options - View Credits) there is no dialog from Kang or Kodos. Entering this code enables the dialog when playing the credits this way, and was likely a debug feature to test the dialog without the developers needing to beat the game over...

I like a lot of the music from Bart's levels, but this one has to be my favourite. Other than that, Operation Hellfish and Kang and Kodos Strike Back are also good.
