I mean at that point any kind of port could be questioned with this. It's more about having the content available in The Simpsons: Hit & Run for smaller reasons as opposed to a solid alternative.

If used in single player, it will lack some of the Multiplayer features and might be a little broken.

In order to do this, you would need to: Have a copy of the game's "rewards.mfk" file placed at \scripts\missions. is there a mod or can someone do it, fix it without using the mod launcher? But.. if someone made a mod... you'd need to use Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher to run it anyway.
