You shouldn't, you enable only one of them depending on what you want. Project Donut - Level 1 only. Donut Mod 3 - Levels 1, 2 and 3. Level 1 content is different to that of Project Donut's. Donut Mod 4 Level 1 Public Beta - Levels 1 only. Level 1's content is different to that of older Donut Mods....

I mean at that point any kind of port could be questioned with this. It's more about having the content available in The Simpsons: Hit & Run for smaller reasons as opposed to a solid alternative.

If used in single player, it will lack some of the Multiplayer features and might be a little broken.

is there a mod or can someone do it, fix it without using the mod launcher? But.. if someone made a mod... you'd need to use Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher to run it anyway.
