Yes, by using the Frame Limiter hack included with Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher (located on the Settings tab).

Some ideas I could think of (mostly generic): Ramps. Terrain that deviates from the common design seen in the base game (noticeable inclines and small jumps, etcetera). Speed increase triggers (apparently these can be created with specific jump trigger setups, might be a stretch). Branching paths an...

Yes, by going to said location. EDIT: I find it fitting to state that the original point of this post was to not spoil exactly how to get on top of the Giant Toilet. Upon rereading, I can see I worded things incorrectly and so this post comes off as pretty stupid.

Futurama Hit & Run's got a long way to go. Maybe longer than Donut Mod 4 in it's complete state and Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Map Builder.

Download it, extract the Lucas Mod Launcher Mod (LMLM) file, and drag that to the Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Multiplayer launcher.
