Mod walkthroughs aren't typically a big thing. Video playthroughs (usually of only the regular missions) exist on YouTube, and there are a few non mission related videos, but there's not really much. Also, bumping this post to ask this might not have been the best idea, @TheOriginalRyukUK.

Create a plain text document (.txt) titled "CommandLine" and place it in the same folder as the Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher application. This document should contain a single line with the text "-noenabledep", as Proddy said.
