The released disc version should have an option to install the different language versions in the installer? Correct me if I'm wrong.

There is currently no patch. However, you can reinstall a copy of the game that is in English from your game disc(s).

I like how users are now going ahead and creating custom collision (and mods that use it/tools that help create it) as opposed to what the situation was a while ago where mainly people just waited for the Model Builder.

It controls how fast the coloured line in the Hit & Run meter decreases. Higher values equivalate to a slower decrease time.

That isn't an issue. This mod is based around an earlier plot script of the missions in which, among other changes, the race with Principal Skinner in Level 1-Mission 1 (S-M-R-T) is omitted.

Remaking the Mission Mode (or parts of it) might be possible, although all maps (some currently aren't ported) would be needed. Not so sure about the Road Rage and Sunday Drive modes since a mission has a hardcoded limit of 25 objectives. As for the Game Boy Advance-release exclusive Performance Mod...

If you are referring to The Simpsons: Hit & Run (which is probably the only thing you could be since those mods are already in English only), piracy discussion is against the rules of this website. You'll need to acquire a physical copy.
